At Parulkote Reselling Solution LLP, we understand that circumstances change. We allow order cancellations subject to the following conditions:
- Orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse are eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellations must be requested within the permitted time window (see Section 2).
- The product must not belong to the non-cancellable categories listed in Section 4.
- Cancellation requests must be made by the registered account holder who placed the order.
To ensure smooth processing, cancellation requests must be made within the time frames stated below:
- Standard Orders: Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of confirmed order, subject to approval.
- Pre-ordered / Custom Items: Cancellations accepted only within 6 hours of order placement.
Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched, we are unable to process a cancellation. You will need to follow our Return Policy instead.

Please include your full name, registered phone number, and Order ID when contacting us. Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 24 business hours.
The following order types are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances:
- Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
- Custom-configured or specially sourced products ordered on request.
- Bulk or wholesale orders confirmed with a purchase order or advance payment beyond the 24-hour window.
Attempting to cancel a non-cancellable order will not be processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
Upon successful cancellation of an eligible order, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Full refund issued to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: No amount is due; the order will simply be cancelled with no charge.
- Partial Cancellations: Only the amount corresponding to cancelled items will be refunded.
